Common questions
Why is the on-device coach unavailable?
The on-device coach needs Apple Intelligence, which requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later running iOS 26 or newer, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On other devices FitBrain uses the cloud coach (Pro).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FitBrain, or tap Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I restore my purchase?
Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases, or tap Restore Purchases on the plans screen. This also restores a lifetime purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my account and data?
Profile → Account → Delete Account. You will confirm with Apple or your password. This deletes your cloud data and sign-in account and erases FitBrain data from your phone. Cancel your subscription separately (see above).
How do I export my data?
Profile → Data → Export Data creates CSV files of your workouts and body weight that you can share or save.
The AI Coach says I’ve used all my messages.
The daily limit depends on your plan (Weekly 10, Monthly 25, Yearly 50) and resets every day.
Is the AI Coach medical advice?
No. It is general fitness information and can be wrong. Please talk to your doctor before changing training, diet or medication.
Apple Health isn’t syncing.
Open Profile → Health & AI Coach → Apple Health to see the connection state. You can also check Health → Sharing → Apps → FitBrain and make sure Workouts and Weight are allowed.
I can’t sign in or I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?” after entering your email. If you used Sign in with Apple, use the Apple button instead.
