FitBrain

Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use FitBrain. They work together with Apple’s standard license agreement.

1. Apple’s standard EULA

FitBrain is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). The additional terms below apply to FitBrain specifically. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails, except where these terms give you more rights.

2. Not medical advice

FitBrain, including the AI Coach, is for general fitness and informational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated replies can be wrong or incomplete. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional before you start or change an exercise programme, diet or medication, especially if you have a health condition or take medication. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You use the app at your own risk.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). You can delete your account any time in Profile → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no automated access, no use to harm others, and no submitting unlawful content to the AI Coach. We may suspend access for abuse.

6. Your content and data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to process it to run the app as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending AI Coach requests to our AI provider.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep FitBrain available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features, limits and prices may change; we will not change the price of an active subscription period.

8. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitBrain is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for injury arising from exercise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
